Pet Policy:
Pets are welcome at the Deer Lake Horizon Hotel. There is a pet deposit per stay of 25 CAD. Our Pet Policy: We love furry friends! Please inform the hotel that you are bringing your pet when making your reservation. We have a limit of two pets per guest room and at no time can pets be left unattended. Pets are also not permitted in the breakfast bar or pool.
Check-in/Check-out Policy:
Guests are welcome to check in as early as 3PM. We ask that if you require an earlier check in, to please confirm with the Front Desk @ 709 635 3232 to confirm whether an early check in is available.
Check out time is 11AM for all guest. Again, if you require a later check out, please confirm with the Front Desk as we can only grant a certain amount of late checks(with no additional fee)
Cancellation Policy:
Reservations must be cancelled by 3PM the day before arrival to avoid a penalty of one night room and tax.
After 6PM on the day of arrival, guests credit card will be preauthorized for room and tax. Any declined credit cards will result in cancellation of the reservation. Hotel will provide a courtesy call/e-mail prior to cancelling – it is the guests responsibility that valid credits are provided.
